While I have yet to perfectly broil a piece of salmon, I do know how to make the perfect sauce to accompany salmon- a dill sauce. This is the kind of sauce that should be made in advance because the longer is sets, the better it gets.
Dill sauce for salmon
1 cup sour cream
2-3 tablespoons fresh chopped dill
1 tsp of lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
